Biggest Loser Update

In 3 weeks, I’ve lost 1 pound.

Whoopie doopie.

Okay, I know…it’s a loss, and I can be happy.

This week, I will step up the exercise and water consumption. And maybe, just maybe, cut back those pesky starches. At least the bread-related ones.

I know it’s a small update, but that’s all, folks. 🙂
